She performed as a founder & initiator in Laboratory Industry and has got extensive experience in Laboratory Operations Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Quality Management, Marketing Management and General Management.
She holds a bachelor degree from University of Medicine Magway and Master of Business Administration from SBS Switzerland. She has accomplished Molecular Laboratory Diagnostic and Distribution Training in Singapore.
Currently, she is also Director of Laboratory Equipment Distribution company, Great Science Co.,Ltd. and also a founder and owner of Yu Mon’s Choice, fashion Gallery.
Dr. Chaw comes with over 12 years of rich experience in diverse Healthcare industries across Hospitals, Molecular Diagnostics, General Laboratory and Medical devices distribution.
She has handled various portfolios covering Strategic Business Development, Operations Management, Sales & Marketing, Laboratory set up projects and Human Resource Management.
She holds a bachelor's degree in medicine from University of Medicine, Mandalay. She has also completed a strategic program in Own Business Management and got extensive training and practice in PCR technology in Qiagen, Singapore, Immunology assay in Shenzhen, China, Haematology assay in Boule, Thailand, etc. She has been also responsible as Managing Director of Great Science Company since 2018.
Myo comes with over 16 years of working experience in Healthcare industry. She served as various positions including Medical Technologist, Assistant Laboratory Manager and Quality Controller in Hospitals, Molecular and General Laboratory and had special expertise in Biochemistry, Immunology, Transplant Testing and Genetic oncology.
She joined Shwe International Diagnostic & Healthcare Center since 2020 as Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing operational activities, managing quality assurance programs, hiring and training employees. She strategizes process improvements to ensure quality service with efficient and effective workflow.
She holds a bachelor degree from University of Medical Technology, Mandalay and Master of Business Administration from Lincoln University, Malaysia.
Thin has over 13 years of work experience in the healthcare industry with various positions as Customer Service Executive in Hospital, Assistant Admin Manager in Molecular Diagnostic Company, Sales Representative in Pharma and Sales supervisor in International Laboratory Service.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Physics from Yadanabon University and completed a strategic program of General Management.
She joins Shwe International Diagnostic & Healthcare Center where she serves as Sales Manager and responsible for brand building and driving the various marketing functions.
Dr. Khant has over 6 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry with various positions Medical Product Specialist in Pharma, Demonstrator in University of Medicine, Taunggyi, Officer in charge in FDA and Sales Manager in Molecular Diagnostic Company.
He holds a Bachelor degree in medicine from University of Medicine, Mandalay and Diploma in English, University of Foreign Languages, Mandalay.
He joins Shwe International Diagnostic & Healthcare Center where he was Sales Manager and responsible for brand building and driving the various marketing functions.
She joined Shwe International Diagnostic & Healthcare Center since 2020 as Accounting and Finance Manager and is responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, profit-maximizing ideas to senior managers, audit preparation, and aligning the finance function to be with the obligations of the business.
She holds Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Economics, Monywa and LCCI Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
With 6 years of experience in finance and functions, Cho served in different industries including Cosmetic, Construction and Stationery distribution.
